SEC Rejects Tourist Company’s AGM Over Internal Crisis

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said it does not recognise the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Tourist Company of Nigeria (TCN) Plc, held on July 25, 2025.
