The Niger State House of Assembly has cleared the air on the $14.4 million (N20.4 billion) loan request by the state governor, Umaru Mohammed Bago, saying that the letter from the governor was only to seek the approval of the Assembly for the state to guarantee the loan by the Niger Foods Security Systems and Logistics Company.
