Niger Assembly clarifies Bago’s $14.4m loan request

Niger State House of Assembly has clarified the $14.4 million (N20.4 billion) loan request by Governor Umaru Bago, saying the letter was only to seek the approval of the assembly for the state to guarantee the loan by Niger Food Security Systems and Logistics Company.
