Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, has charged the 12 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries to abide by their oath of office by being alive to their duties.
Fubara gave the charge last Wednesday during the swearing-in ceremony of the new appointees at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House, Port Harcourt.
