Benue: Locals gave false information before killings – CDS

The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Christopher Musa, has stated that the Nigerian Army was given false information by the locals before the recent killings in Benue State.

Musa said this at a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday, adding that on the day of the attack, troops in Yelewata community were told that another community was under attack.
