Troops of Operation Safe Haven in Plateau State have rejected a ₦13.742 million bribe offered by two suspected terrorists during an operation along the Jos–Sanga Road.

The incident occurred on July 9, 2025, while the troops were responding to a distress call. They intercepted a suspicious vehicle with bullet holes and found weapons and ammunition inside.
