Popular fashion mogul James Holder found guilty of rape

Judge David Chidgey denied Holder’s application for bail after the conviction, stating that his “significant resources” made him a flight risk. The judge also expressed concern that Holder could attempt to flee the country, particularly after the defendant had requested bail to “get his affairs in order” and say goodbye to his family.
