El-Rufai’s co-defendant Joel Adoga loses rights violation suit against ICPC

Adoga had approached the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Jabi, alleging that the Commission infringed on his fundamental rights by denying him access to his family and legal representatives, and by allegedly compelling him to make statements during investigation.
