Ikoedem recalled that operatives of the Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the police command had earlier launched a coordinated operation which led to the arrest of one Marvelous Isaac, a male, after a gun duel during which another suspect identified simply as Precious (surname unknown) was neutralized.
