Court to decide Macobarb vs NLNG N5.74bn claim July 16

The High Court of Rivers State, Port Harcourt, has fixed July 16, 2025, to decide and rule if the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), breached a contract it awarded an indigenous contractor, Macobarb International Limited, years ago, and if the breach led to costs as high as N5.74 billion.
