Court order to derecognize NDC judicial banditry – Reps Caucus

While faulting the court order, the NDC Caucus noted that the 90-day statutory window to challenge our NDC’s registration closed long ago. It also noted that the Independent National Commission, INEC which is the only constitutionally empowered body for party registration, was not the appellant in the judgment delivered by the court.
