Appeal Court grants Udeze permission to withdraw as interested party in AA leadership suit

The National Chairman of the Action Alliance (AA), Chief Kenneth Udeze, has commended a ruling by the Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, which granted his application to withdraw as an interested party in a suit challenging the leadership of the party.
