The Federal Government of Nigeria. on Tuesday, announced that it would provide free train services in Nigeria for the period of Christmas and New Year celebrations.

The Minister of Transportation, Sen. Said Alkali, gave the assurance in Abuja while briefing journalists on the flag-off of the 50% discount on road transportation, which commenced across the country on Tuesday.
