SeamlessHR raises $9 million Series-A extension from Gates Foundation and Helios Venture

SeamlessHR, a Nigerian company that helps businesses manage HR functions, has raised a $9 million Series-A extension round, according to three people with knowledge of the conversation. 

SeamlessHR raised a new round from the Gates Foundation and Helios Digital Ventures. The company raised its $10 million series A in 2022.
