President-General: Ohanaeze Ndigbo in Rivers endorses ex-IGP Okiro

Rivers State chapter of Ohanaeze Ndigbo has endorsed former Inspector General of Police, Mike Okiro, for the position of President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide.
