Police smash syndicate behind counterfeit currencies worth N129.5 billion

The Kano State Police Command on Tuesday announced the arrest of a currency syndicate with fake currencies totalling N129.5 billion.

The syndicate, comprising Muhammed Muktar (35), Nura Ibrahim (26), and Muhammed Abdullahi (30), was paraded before the press at the Bompai Police Headquarters in the state.
