Over one million Zamfara residents to benefit from N64 billion NG-CARES programme, says Governor Lawal

Zamfara State Governor Dauda Lawal, on Tuesday, announced a cash transfer of N64 billion to beneficiaries under the Cash Transfers and Welfare Schemes of the NG-CARES Programme in the state.

He said over one million residents, including physically challenged persons, are the beneficiaries of the cash transfer programme, which will be executed in three cycles.
