Oil theft: Troops recover 1.2m litres, arrest 17 suspects in Niger Delta

Troops of 6 Division, Nigerian Army in conjunction with other security agencies have intensified the onslaught against oil bunkering operations across the Niger Delta region, with the recovery of over 1.2 litres of stolen products.
