The Abuja division of the Federal High Court has shifted further proceedings on the suit filed by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE, to nullify licenses the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation Limited (NNPCL) and six others secured to import refined petroleum products into the country, to January 30.
