‘Oil Firms Spill 240,000 Barrels Annually In N’Delta’

An organisation known as Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) has said that an average of 240,000 barrels of crude oil was spilled in the Niger Delta region, yearly.
The Executive Director of the organisation, Auwal Ibrahim Musa, disclosed this during the 2019 NAWOJ Week celebration held at the Ernest Ikoli Press Centre in Port Harcourt, last Thursday.
