MDCAN decries Nigeria’s patient to doctor ratio, says it’s far from WHO recommendation

Medical and Dental Consultants’
Association of Nigeria (MDCAN) has said the current ratio of one doctor for 2,500 patients in Nigeria fell short of the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation.

The association said that WHO recommended one doctor to 600 patients.
