Over the weekend, experts and industry stakeholders stated that with crude oil prices currently at $72 per barrel, the cost of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), or petrol, in Nigeria should be lower.
They noted that the current price of N1,025 per liter in Lagos was set when crude oil, a key feedstock was above $80 per barrel in the global market as of September 2024.
