The former Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Nigeria’s former Ambassador to the Republic of Benin, Ambassador (Lt General, retd) Tukur Yusufu Buratai, has said that Lagos State possesses all the qualifications of a modern city and is one of the most populated cities in Sub-Saharan Africa, adding that Lagos State’s stability is a barometer for Nigeria’s stability.
