Kidnap kingpin, Chukwudimeme Onwuamadike (a.k.a Evans), who is standing trial before the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, has opted for plea bargain.
This was revealed by the defendant’s counsel, Emefo Etudo,after the re-arraignment of Evans yesterday,by the state government on a five-count charge.
