DESOPADEC empowers 200 entrepreneurs

In a significant move to empower young entrepreneurs and drive economic growth in the oil-producing communities, the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) has equipped 200 beneficiaries with starter packs worth millions of naira and N500,000 each as seed capital.
