BREAKING: Again, Niger residents besiege fallen tanker to scoop groundnut oil

Barely four days after a fuel tanker explosion killed over 98 people and injured 69 at Diko junction in Gurara local government area of Niger, residents of Bida, Bida local government area of the state on Tuesday morning invaded a fallen tanker to scoop groundnut oil.
