Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC) has dismissed the request by legal luminary, Afe Babalola, to revoke the law practising licence of lawyer and author, Dele Farotimi, over allegations bordering on criminal defamation and professional misconduct.
The dismissal of the debarment request coincided with the release of Farotimi from prison having perfected his bail conditions.
