AAC adopts Sowore as presidential candidate

Omoyele Sowore has emerged as the consensus presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) for the 2027 elections.

Speaking at the 2027 presidential primary of the party, Kayode Babayemi, chairman of committee for the exercise, said the decision reflects the confidence of the party to the commitment of Omoyele Sowore to true democracy.
