The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (retd) has tasked newly posted members of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to “promote moral and ethical values” in everything they do, especially now that they have been formally inducted and sworn in into the scheme.
