Alleged N400m fraud: Court orders Police to serve amended charge on Sen. Andy Uba

A Federal High Court has adjourned further proceedings in the case between the Nigerian Police and Senator Andy Uba involving allegations of N400m fraud to March 17.

The adjournment was sequel to a 2-count amended charge that was filed by the police on March 4 and yet to be served on the defendants.
