Taraba monarch calls for lower food prices amid hardship

The Galadima Muri of the Muri Emirate and District Head of Jalingo, Alhaji Abba Tukur, has appealed to farmers and traders in Taraba to consider the plight of the poor and reduce the prices of food items.

Alhaji Tukur made the appeal on Saturday during the 40th anniversary of his reign as Galadima Muri.
