Former military president of Nigeria, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), has insisted he was not involved in the death of the Editor-in-Chief of Newswatch, Dele Giwa.

Giwa, who was a vocal critic of IBB’s administration, was assassinated via a parcel bomb on October 19, 1986.
