SeamlessHR informally explored PaidHR acquisition in 2024 as competition in HR-SaaS intensifies

After raising $9 million in a Series A extension round in late 2024, the Nigerian HR Software-as-a-service (SaaS) company SeamlessHR initiated informal discussions with competitor PaidHR about a possible acquisition, according to multiple sources familiar with the discussions.
