The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, said he dissolved the State Executive Council not to punish its members but to rejig the council and have a fresh beginning.
The governor stated this at the valedictory dinner for the EXCO members held at the Government House, Uyo on Friday.
