The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is set to arraign Abubakar Malami, SAN, the former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday.
It has been revealed that Malami will face Justice Emeka Nwite at the Federal High Court, where he is expected to enter a plea along with his co-defendants.
