Wike delivers UNIPORT convocation lecture Saturday

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, will deliver the convocation lecture at the University of Port Harcourt’s (UNIPORT) 36th convocation ceremony on Saturday, June 6.
